Channel VAS is a global leader in Fintech for and through the Telecom Industry. The Athens headquarters on Kifissias Avenue act as a flagship for the group of companies under their umbrella. This project was a competition that encompassed both the design and construction of the office space.
Simply Burgers was established in 2002. We have worked with their company on several of their locations doing the design and construction and have influenced the look and feel of this successful smart casual burger chain.
With locations in Oropos, Agia Paraskevi, Kifissia, Limnos, Mykonos Chora, Mykonos Ano Mera, and Chania, each location was treated as a different project but adhered to a set of rules and values that reflected the brand’s core values and qualities. Handcrafted, natural, eco-friendly, and traditional ingredients and techniques are used in the making of their gelato and so we too used these principals in the creation of a language that communicated this to their customers. Honesty in production is what led us to visually opening the production of their gelato to the public, allowing for a show that the customers could enjoy whilst waiting to be served their gelato of choice.
Inspired by the boom of London Gastro pubs and the hipster & boho trends, Different Beast was a co-creation with the clients, a couple who left the investment banking world in London for the hand-crafted coffee scene that is booming in Athens. Recycling of materials, upcycling of items, and low-tech furniture adorn this bubble of a more nostalgic time in the heart of Kifissia.
Animoni restaurant – Nafplia Palace Hotel / Nafplio area
The restaurant of the Nafplia Palace Hotel in Nafplio city was the venue for the international launch of the new Range Rover Evoque. We were responsible for the full renovation of the venue in collaboration with IMAGINATION.
This project expanded Accenture’s existing offices to include teleconference rooms, a large boardroom that could be split into two smaller meeting rooms, a gymnasium, breakout rooms, the IT department & a restaurant.
We created a living green wall that appeared throughout the meeting/board rooms that gets light from a LED source that emulates the natural frequency of the sun, on a daytime cycle, in order to encourage plant growth. I-pads are mounted at the entrance to all the offices, depicting the booking times of the offices and allowing the users to book a slot at their convenience.
The headquarters of this IVF clinic on Kifissias avenue were renovated to accommodate a more demanding and ever-growing medical tourism industry, which is currently thriving in Greece. This company is growing continuously and are expanding into more offices that are currently being designed.
Pharmaserve Lilly held a closed competition between four Architecture & Construction companies after having written the brief and selected their contenders.
Having won the competition we were asked to fabricate and build the designs which we had made in a 700m2 basement space in an office complex in Kifissia. Our design included a refectory and restaurant, an acoustically insulated theatre to accommodate 100 spectators, various meeting rooms that could open up in to one larger training space, a Cisco telepresence room, and a variety of other facilities including archive rooms and computer rooms.
This contemporary villa design is all about a balanced play of internal and external spaces, breathtaking sea views and a fine blend of light and shade. It is a piece of land carved to your needs. Respecting nature, using natural materials, working with local craftsmen, the project embraces traditional qualities while creating unique bespoke places, villas, and outdoor environments just to host your experiences!
